Approximately 300 street stalls, mainly daruma doll shops, will be set up.
The scenery that is colored scarlet by these daruma dolls in the shrine's grounds and in front of the gates is particularly impressive.
You can enjoy seeing monks writing Sanskrit characters on new daruma dolls and old ones at the daruma doll eye-opening area in the precincts (9am-6pm), "Kigan" (praying ceremony) will be held at 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm*, 3:15pm and 4pm.
*The main hall is closed for the ceremony from 2pm.

Jindaiji is the second oldest Temple in Tokyo, but for most people it is known for it's Soba noodles.
There are over 20 Soba restaurants scattered around the Temple, you can enjoy the real flavor of Soba in their menu! If you have something sweets, you should try Soba Manjyu (Soba cake with red beans) in the pathway!
