Small Change for ICT Classes

ICT Class: Time and Fee Change from Sep, 2013
This is to announce that The International Center in Tokyo (ICT)
have determined to change TIME and FEE due to the following reasons:
1. Rising rental space fees, projector costs, including expences.
2. Providing more activities and workshops, and well-organized classes.
3. Giving more opportunities to socialize with all members for serving light meal
    at Allincco Class (Shibuya), and enjoying "Social Night" after PETU class (Harajuku).
The new ICT classes (Casual and Regular) are as follows:
◎ Casual Class (2 hours) in Harajuku ◎
【Date】       on weekday nights
【Where】     Studio PETU (Harajuku)
【Schedule】 7:00pm~9:00pm

                 7:00pm~7:40pm Language Exchange (Part A)

                 7:40pm~8:40pn  English Discussion (Part B: including small talk)

                 8:40pm~9:00pm Free Talk

【Fee】         700 yen/ per person
*Drink and rental space fee included.
*On Friday night class, we will have a quick dinner "Social Night" together after class!!
◎ Regular Class (3 hours) + Dinner Night in Shibuya ◎
【Date】       on weekday nights
【Where】     Allincco Office (Shibuya)

【Schedule】 7:00pm~10:00pm

                 7:00pm~7:50pm    Free Talk + Language Exchange (Part A)

                 7:30pm                  LIGHT MEAL served

                 7:50pm~8:00pm    Short Break

                 8:00pm~9:30pm    English Discussion (Part B: including small talk,

                                              group work and case study)                        

                 9:30pm~10:00pm  Free Talk

【Fee】         1. Meal Plan: 1,300 yen/ per person (RSF, Drink, LIGHT MEAL included)

                 2. Drink Plan:   800 yen/per person (RSF, Drink included)

                                                                    *RSF=rental space fee

*Please choose the plan "Meal Plan" or "Drink Plan" when you make a reservation.(Required)


The new classes and fee go into effect on September 1, 2013.
The content of both casual and regular classes is same, but the volume is different.
