  Price includes;

  • Shinkansen (Japanese bullet train) transportation (round-trip, Tokyo-Kanazawa)
  • One night accommodation including taxes and service fees (e.g. ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel, Hotel Nikko, Hotel Mystays or Tokyu Hotel)
  • Sightseeing and transport fees mentioned in the itinerary
  • Dinner for 1st day
  • Travel insurance for one night and two days

  Optional tour;

  • A dinner at Ryotei Tsubajin and Geisha makeover experience *Dressing up like a Geiko or Maiko with kimono. Price range from 32,000 yen to 50,000 yen, depending on the number of applicants. It will be advised after applications have closed.

  Participation Fee | 60,000 JPY per person (50,000 JPY per person, not included dinner)
     *For travelers traveling as individuals, +3,000 yen for a Friday night /+5,000 yen for a Saturday night
       for single-room


  Possible dates:
       ① Friday, April 15 - Saturday, April 16
       ② Saturday, April 16 - Sunday, April 17
       ③ Either date is fine
     *The dates with the maximum number of participants will be selected.
    
  The number of participants: 4–10 persons
     *If there are more than ten applicants, places will be allocated at the discretion of CREA voyage

  Type of Studies: Questionnaire and Group Interview
     *Each evening during the tour, you will be asked to fill in the questionnaires and give your feedback
     *If there is no time for feedback during the tour period, this can be done at another time in consultation with us

  Qualifications:

     Any Europeans (especially Italian, French, English, Danish, Swiss) and Americans

    1. who like traveling abroad or domestic

    2. who are interested in seeing/using first‐class traditional crafts

    3. who want to visit sake breweries

   Age: 35+ to around 60

  What to bring/wear

   Clothes suitable for both cold and warm weather. In Kanazawa, it is often cold in the mornings and nights,
   normally 3–4 degrees cooler than in Tokyo, footwear with no heels and an umbrella
