 We will invite foreigners to the special free event (Kyogen show and the Exhibition) on March 2.
Please take this opportunity to experience Japanese culture and art !!!

You will be provided with multilingual guide application during the event,
so your Japanese level doesn't need to be skilled.


  Purpose of the event:
  To hear your opinion and suggestion for improvement on the application and other information tools.
  Your opinion will be utilized to improve the application in order to further enhance foreign tourists' 
  understanding of Japanese culture which add more values & attractiveness to their visit.

Have you heard the Globally Important Agricultural Heritage (GIAHS) 世界農業遺産 ever?
This is certified by Food and Agriculture Organization of the United nations.

We’ll have a trial package tour (FREE) for new certified area,
Takachiho town (高千穂) and Shiiba village (椎葉村), Miyazaki Pref, Japan
where is very famous among Japanese because of the beauty Takachiho canyon and Mythical place!

Miyazaki pref. local government has approached developing tourism
and introducing these area as the Globally Important Agricultural Heritage (GIAHS).
This time, we’re expected to invite foreign guests and research the possibilities of tourism
in these area with the various insights from guests’ specialties and backgrounds.

Mashiko Pottery Teaware Competition 2015! (FREE EVENT)

【Purpose of the Event】

Be a judge and evaluate 28 beautiful designed teawares created by young pottery artists in Mashiko!
Mashiko is a city in Tochigi prefecture famous for Mashiko-yaki (pottery).


Now Mashiko and Sayama (the city famous for Sayamacha – Japanese green tea in Sayama area in Saitama prefecture) have a competition of new teawares for oversea markets to enjoy Sayamacha. By the due date (Jan 31), 28 of traditional and innovative tea wares have been submitted.
 
You can take a look and touch the tea wares, then give your evaluation
 – the ranking will be decided based on the evaluation by YOU!

 

After the evaluation, we’ll have a tea partyLet’s enjoy chatting over tasty Sayamacha and Japanese snacks!

A Study】Group Interview for Japanese Kabuki Face Mask
Free WorkshopLecture of Japanese traditional drama “Kabuki” (What is “Kumadori”?)

【Date】 Saturday, November 29th, 2:00~5:00pm


【The time required】 3 hours


【Venue】 Studio PETU (Harajuku), 1-8-18, Jingumae, Shibuyaku, Tokyo


【WHAT YOU CAN GET】

Special Gift! Japanese Face Mask (Kabuki, Animal and Fashion face)


 


【Deadline for application】 Thursday, November 13th, 11pm

【Product Tester (Number)】 3 to 5 (Seats are Limited!)

【Type of Studies】 Workshop, Group Interview and Product Testing
*Testers will apply the Kabuki Face Mask, so please bring your cosmetic sets!

【Qualification】
①Area  People from North America (e.g. Canadian, American)
②Age 20 to 40
③Women (or Men) of high beauty sense (e.g. skin care, makeup)

Seats are limited! If there are more applicants than required, we will hold drawing lots to select the testers. If selected, you will receive an email confirming your selection and the details of the testing.
