Event Details:  Fascinating Point】

ポーランド人の禅僧、法純さんが坐禅をおしえます!彼の解く「禅」とは?
なぜカトリックの国の法純さんが禅僧になったのでしょう?禅に魅せられた彼のZEN LIFEとは?

If you were asked in the street: What is Zen "禅"? what would you answer?
I've heard that in French “zen” means “cool”. Everyone wants to be zen, don't they? How about you? What is the first thought that appears in your mind when you hear the word “zen” - meditation?, a Japanese temple? a bald head?, MP3 player? or maybe cosmetics?

So I ask you now: What is Zen?

Well, find out for yourself and come to ZEN AWAKENING, regular zen meeting with a bit of ancient zen wisdom as well as zen meditation.

What is ZEN? : Zen is all about awakening to what is and live accordingly.
Nothing less and nothing more. Through the practice of zazen one awakens to one's true nature. Let us sit then you and I at ZEN AWAKENING!!
