【学LEARN】Business Culture Class (BCC) 07 "Working in a Mixed Culture Office"

We held our "Business Culture Class (BCC) 07" with the topic “Working in a Mixed Culture Office" last Saturday.

We all enjoyed active and deep discission as follows with watching 3 videos for 2hours

  • How many different countries are represented in your workplace?

  • What are benefits of a mixed culture office?

  • What is the hardest aspect of working with foreign people?
  • Communicationg expectations (e.g. 検討します、善処します、ただをこねる）
  • Are foreigners at your office exempt from certain cultural rules? (Do they get the gaijin pass?)
