::::: Class Report on March 14th, 2015::::: All participants enjoyed playing the decision-making game for 7, 8 rounds, which we learned the difference of making a decision between Western-style and Japanese-style. We split into two groups to discuss 2, 3 questions which related to the topic after Kevin introduced five assumptions.
We engaged in a heated discussion where some Non-Japanese participants asked their questions linked to typical Japanese decision-making style (e.g. Ringi, Nemawashi and Nominication), and Japanese members answered the questions talking from Japanese culture, rules, custom and shared personal experiences. Kevin led us our lively discussions for 2 hours! A special thank-you to all attendees for making our class more enjoyable and to the super great facilitator Kevin with all preparations! We hope all of you had a great time! We are looking forward to seeing you at next BCC class on Saturday April 11th! Written by Jojo |
